No.4 Steel (Prepared Silicon Bushling) shall consist of clean silicon bearing steel scrap with a maximum thickness of 1/8" an a maximum size of 12" in length or width. All Steel Mill Scrap grades are based on prepared mill specifation grades in minimum truck~lot~load quantities (20 Ton).
