Trader Access service provides you with current and descriptive
buy and/or sell sales leads by email as they are submitted into the Exchange.
Sales leads are received into the Exchange 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and are
sent directly to the members of the Traders Access Service in the category they subscribe to.
Features
1. New listings that are submitted to the Buy/Sell/Trade Exchange
are emailed directly to the Traders Access member in the category(s) they have subscribed to.
2. The email you receive will include: the details of what the customer wishes to
Buy/Sell/Trade and the contact information as it is submitted by the lister (i.e. name, address, phone number, email)
3. Trader Access members will have the ability to view the contact information for any existing Buy, Sell, Trade Exchange Listings,
that are online, in the category that they are a member of (i.e. name, address, phone number, a form is provided to send an email).
4. Post Buy/Sell/Trade Exchange listings and receive all your replies sent by members and non-members, across all categories.
5. Send replies to Buy/Sell/Trade Exchange listings across all categories.
6. Trader Access members will have access to the contact information of the online directory listings of
Associations, Publications, Trade and Equipment related companies and organizations
(i.e. name, address, phone number, a form is provided to send an email).
7. Trader Access members will have the ability to view the Daily Spot Market Prices.

Not Included:
a) Contact information of Leads in categories you do not subscribe to - You can either subscribe to additional categories within the
Traders Access Service or you can purchase individual leads in other categories using our Pay Per Lead Service.
b) We do not sell mailing lists.
c) We do not facilitate mass email solicitations.
Renewals & Savings
1. All services are provided on a prepaid basis.
2. Activation of Traders Access Service occurs immediately upon receipt of payment in full.
3. This service may be purchased for 1 month or annually through our easy on-line sign-up system via credit card.
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal accepted)
4. Monthly service is for a 30 day period from the time of purchase.
5. Annual prepaid members receive 12 months of service for the price of 10 months.
($ 500 US / category - annual prepaid)
6. Renewals must be confirmed by you - Your credit card will not be billed unless you have specifically asked us to
automatically renew your account or unless you submit a renewal order.

a) The Cooksmill NetSystems Network of Exchanges are an electronic information service designed to promote trade
by bringing buyers and sellers (suppliers) together using the Internet.
b) The Cooksmill NetSystems Network of Exchanges assumes no liability for errors,
omissions and/or misinterpretations pertaining to the Cooksmill NetSystems Network of Exchanges listings.
c) The Cooksmill NetSystems Network of Exchanges assumes no responsibility for any and all details, agreements, and terms between the buyer and seller.
It is the responsibility of the two parties making any transactions from leads obtained through our network to do their own due
diligence on the veracity and creditability of the other party by checking references, etc of each other.
d) The Cooksmill NetSystems Network of Exchanges reserves the right to exclude any or all listing submissions.
e) Basic Business card information must be provided, submissions with incomplete or invalid information will be TRASHED.
Code of Conduct
a) Conduct for any user found to be less than honest or to not be operating in a forthright professional business manner will not be tolerated and
these users will be excluded from the site.
b) We do not facilitate mass email solicitations to our online directories or exchange listings.
When replying to listings, or sending messages to the companies in the online directory's, replies need to be a DIRECT response to the listing or company.
The same message being sent to everyone, solisiting your company or for solicitation of commissions, is not acceptable behaviour on our sites
and these replies will not be accepted or forwarded as they are considered to be "spamming" our users.
c) Continuation of this type of behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in being excluded from the site.
